Red Shirt Boy

Little boy dressed in a red shirt
is throwing stones to the ocean.
Ocean swallows rocks’ commotion,
It doesn’t show the surface rings.

His world has no fish, no seagulls,
People, or coasts anymore...
Everything has disappeared.
The Ocean’s buried under cotton.
From the depths, coldish, unbuttoned
Even slow light penetrates.

Little boy dressed in the red shirt,
A man of amateurish age,
He throws stones to the ocean
Waving thin arms in slow motion,
After stone is out of range.

Like a hamster on a climb
The sobbing plop is fading out.
Bridled World is very quiet,
It floats in an abyss of Time.

A seagull’s crying in the sky,
A fish is crying, who knows why?
Low tide comes and makes sand muddy,
The boy is cheerful... and snotty.
